Nothing to add on the exercise. This is just like I run it. One thing I offer my clients is an awareness exercise (it’s an extension of yours) for them to notice for a couple of weeks when their values are being lived and when they are being challenged. Try to understand if there are some patterns arising. Thanks again for sharing your wisdom here.
