Thank you for bringing this distinction about how these subtle changes in attention impact leadership style. Sometimes, we need fix-and-solve energy, but most of the time, a coaching/guiding mode is more beneficial for the business.

Listen actively. If I am even more specific, listen to learn. This was an important shift in my leadership, as I was able to rely on my leadership team and understand what they needed from me. It was my 'shift from the front to the back'.
