One of the reasons that paying attention to somatic intelligence is powerful is
it's like having access to multiple intelligence.
If you think of the game rock, paper, scissors,
and you're stuck ruminating on something,
lack of clarity,
spinning your wheels,
it's a bit like your mind is going.
And if you're trying to solve or overthink, it's like rock against rock.
No one's winning.
If you use your emotional or your somatic intelligence,
you then have paper against rock and someone does win.
but think of it in terms of this interplay between multiple intelligences,
rock,
paper,
scissors,
and being able to use them to support one another.
We aim to make human-centered and embodied leadership easy and obvious.
Hence metaphors like these.
